-Sand Waves-

Fog has always been an intriguing and interesting element. Making it part of landscape photography is something I would not pass up.

This is a section of beach in Warrenton, Oregon.
Saw the potential for black and white.

The constant washing of the waves carved the deep grooves that resemble the very waves that formed them. In a way, the clouds flow is as the reflection of the grooves. In a crossing pattern. Just a complementing theme.

This deep contrast is something I normally avoid. But decided to give myself a chance to make a more appealing scene. Not that nature did a bad job... It's just my own interpretation.
